Service Description

An opportunity to explore and understand your current overall health status (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually) with the intention of laying out a plan to balance and optimize health in all areas. Holistic methods incorporated in your personalized plan could be Nutrition, Movement such as Yoga, Mediation/Prayer, Energy Healing, Herbs, Journaling etc. This consultation is intended to help you create a comprehensive plan to Holistic Wellness. This session is not intended to diagnose or to cure any disease. If you are under the care of a doctor you must agree to continue and not discontinue any medication without advice from your doctor.
